PROJECT INFORMATION

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
Data + Front End BAs (mix)
Evaluate and suggest improvements to current business processes.
Design solutions in conjunction with technical teams aligning with business goals.
Communicate effectively with various stakeholders to clarify project objectives.
Create comprehensive documentation including requirements, process flows, and specifications.
Interpret and analyze data to drive actionable business insights.
Support user acceptance testing to ensure solutions meet business needs.
Assist in project planning and management for timely delivery.
Identify risks and assess the impact of proposed system changes.
Promote continuous process improvement and best practices.
REQUIREMENTS:
Experience in requirements gathering, business analysis, and solution design collaboration between business and IT.
Strong process analysis, redesign capabilities, and proficiency in business process modeling and documentation software.
Extensive banking experience with a deep understanding of complex data flows and strong data reconciliation skills.
Proficiency in data analysis, interpretation, risk assessment, and impact analysis.
Project management experience in Agile or Waterfall environments, including testing and validation processes.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong interpersonal abilities to engage multiple stakeholders.
Ability to work independently, manage competing demands, and effectively prioritize tasks.
Around 10 years of relevant work experience with exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
NICE TO HAVE:
Experience in Treasury or intraday liquidity management.
Knowledge of regulatory requirements like Basel III.
Familiarity with Agile methodology and JIRA tools.
