We are looking for a Business Analyst responsible for analyzing and optimizing billing, customer care, and other related processes in a telecommunications company by gathering requirements, developing solutions, and investigating new business requests. The ultimate goal is to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of BSS operations while ensuring a clear understanding of requirements and solutions for all stakeholders involved.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze and optimize business processes in the BSS area (billing, ordering, provisioning, etc.);
Investigate new business requests and analyze feasibility and impact on BSS, OSS and IT systems and processes;
Develop requirements for BSS/OSS/İT system functionality;
Prepare business requirements for BSS/OSS/İT solutions within projects;
Facilitate meetings with stakeholders and technical teams to gather and clarify requirements;
Translate technical language into business language to ensure clear understanding of requirements and solutions;
Translate business language into technical language to ensure clear understanding of requirements by technical teams;
Participate in testing and implementing new features in BSS systems;
Find solutions to complex business problems related to BSS systems and processes;
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technologies
At least 2 years of experience in the telecommunications and BSS field;
Experience with API;
Knowledge of business process analysis methodologies (BPMN, UML);
Proficient in SQL and experience working with databases;
Knowledge of BSS system functionality and operation principles;
Experience working with JIRA and Confluence;
Ability to facilitate meetings and clearly communicate technical information to business stakeholders;
Ability to translate technical language into business language and vice versa;
Ability to investigate new business requests and analyze feasibility and impact on BSS systems and processes;
Ability to find solutions to complex technical problems related to BSS systems and processes;
Ability to work in a team and focus on results;
Analytical mindset and ability to find non-standard solutions.
