Are you a passionate system analyst ready to contribute to the next-generation banking systems?

We’re looking for a skilled analyst to join a major strategic digital transformation initiative – building a new Corporate Banking System from scratch, designed to integrate with over 30 internal systems across risk, credit, payments and compliance.

Responsibilities:

Translate business requirements into detailed technical and integration specifications
Design system components aligned with architecture and performance goals
Define and document REST/SOAP APIs for third-party and internal services
Model business processes and system flows using UML/BPMN in Enterprise Architect
Prepare functional specifications and guide development through delivery
Validate integrations using Postman, Swagger, SOAP UI, and SQL
Conduct impact assessments and support architecture and security reviews
Collaborate with developers, architects, QA, and product owners
Define acceptance criteria and support testing and release cycles
Actively participate in Agile ceremonies and iterative planning

What we are looking for:

4+ years of experience as a System Analyst
Proven background in large-scale IT or fintech projects
Deep understanding of API design, integration patterns, and distributed systems
Strong skills in UML, BPMN, SQL, and Enterprise Architect
Hands-on experience with Postman, Swagger, SOAP UI
Fluent Polish and English (B2+)

Nice to have:

Familiarity with microservices, event-driven architecture, and Kafka
Experience in mobile/web banking, loyalty, or e-commerce systems
Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD, and enterprise cloud architecture
Exposure to Azure cloud services
