Senior IT Analyst

Salary: 800-1100 PLN/day on B2B

Work model: elastic hybrid from Gdynia / Gdańsk / Warszawa (at least 2 days per week from the office)

Project

We are currently looking for an Senior IT Analyst to join a project for our client from Banking domain. The project is focused on building and developing a key data product acting as a golden source within the organization. The role involves working with data from multiple systems, supporting integration processes, and collaborating closely with business and technical stakeholders. 

Responsibilities you'll have

• Collaborating with the Product Owner and development team to define and refine requirements

• Analyzing, mapping, and documenting data flows between systems

• Ensuring data quality and consistency across integrations

• Supporting development and testing activities

• Working with data consumers to understand their needs and translate them into solutions

• Contributing to improvements in data processes and integration architecture
  

Expected competences and knowledge

• 5+ years of experience as an IT Analyst in a data-focused environment

• Good understanding of ETL and Java API integrations

• Strong data mapping and modelling experience

• Experience with SQL

• Excellent analytical and communication skills

• Experience in Agile / SAFe environments

• English proficiency at C1 level
