At Pretius we are looking for Business Analyst to international project for a client from the crypto industry, focused on extending an existing tax platform with advanced functionalities. The project aims to support 9 new complex tax forms, while ensuring high scalability, process automation and seamless integration with AI-powered tools.

Project / Role

Gather, analyze and translate business and regulatory requirements into functional specifications
Collaborate with developers and architects to support the design of scalable web solutions
Define data structures, validation rules and transformation logic for complex tax forms
Support integration of AI tools for requirements analysis, documentation automation and risk prediction
Cooperate with distributed teams and facilitate communication between business and technical stakeholders
Support quality assurance, acceptance testing and ensure compliance with tax and security regulations
Contribute to process improvements and standardization across project workstreams

Requirements

Experience as a Business Analyst in IT or digital transformation projects
Strong understanding of web applications and backend/frontend architectures
Expertise in working with complex data structures and validation scenarios
Familiarity with cloud-based solutions (preferably Microsoft Azure)
Experience working in international, distributed teams

Nice to have

Experience in fintech, crypto or tax-related projects
Understanding of microservices and REST API architectures
Familiarity with AI-enabled tools (e.g. GitHub Copilot, Jira AI, Miro AI)
Knowledge of SQL Server or NoSQL databases (e.g. MongoDB)
