Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with fluent German and a solid background in Front-End–related projects. The ideal candidate should also have experience in the banking sector and the ability to translate business needs into high-quality technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications.
Collaborate closely with development teams, especially Front-End developers, to ensure feasibility and quality of proposed solutions.
Participate in digital transformation initiatives within the banking domain.
Prepare documentation of processes, workflows, and system interactions.
Support stakeholders in understanding technical constraints and opportunities.
Conduct workshops, gather requirements, and support testing activities (UAT).

Required Skills & Experience

Fluent German and English (verbal and written).
Proven experience as a Business Analyst.
Understanding of Front-End technologies (e.g., HTML/CSS, JavaScript frameworks) — enough to work effectively with Front-End teams.
Experience in banking or financial services projects.
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work with both business stakeholders and technical teams.

Nice-to-Have

Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
Knowledge of UX/UI concepts.
Familiarity with APIs, integration patterns, or system architecture basics.
