Salary: 180 – 200 PLN net/h (B2B via Experis)

Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of the digital analytics programmes, ensuring Adobe Analytics capabilities are effectively deployed, scaled, and adopted across the business.

• Translate business goals into clear analytics requirements, ensuring tracking, tagging, and measurement frameworks align to strategic outcomes.

• Drive structured planning, status reporting, and governance to keep stakeholders aligned and informed.

• Coordinate cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and accountability to achieve project outcomes.

• Manage digital analytics for complex migration journeys, ensuring accurate tracking is implemented and end-to-end reporting across domains is fully enabled.

• Digital Analytics experience if possible, and ideally Adobe Analytics as they will be required to handle some conversations about the raw data.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in managing analytics or digital programmes.

• Strong knowledge of digital analytics, including tracking and measurement frameworks.

• Proven ability to lead projects and coordinate cross-functional teams.

• Familiarity with Adobe Analytics or similar tools.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
