Summary: This role focuses on bringing strong analytical skills to a project centered on Identity & Access Management (IAM), ensuring business processes are effectively designed and aligned.

Main Responsibilities:

Requirement Gathering & Analysis: Engage with stakeholders to identify business processes and objectives.
Documentation & Specification: Formulate Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and Functional Requirement Specifications (FRS).
Solution Design & Validation: Collaborate with developers to translate business needs into technical solutions.
Project Support & Change Management: Facilitate discussions, provide updates to stakeholders, and support training for end-users.

Key Requirements:

Proven experience as a Business Analyst in digitalization projects, particularly in IAM or cybersecurity.
Experience with process development and testing of IT solutions.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field.

Nice to Have:

Experience with Identity Access Management, SoD, and Toxic Combination Policy.
Involvement in projects using IBM Mainframe systems.
