We are looking for a Business Analyst to support our team in delivering international projects. We seek a communicative, proactive professional who can effectively collaborate with business users.

Responsibilities:

Analyzing business requirements and translating them into functional solutions

Collaborating closely with business users on-site in the Frankfurt office

Creating analytical and project documentation

Supporting technical teams during solution implementation

Participating in project meetings and presenting analysis outcomes

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst

Strong analytical skills

Excellent communication abilities

Very good command of English, both spoken and written

Willingness to work on-site: 3 days per week in the Frankfurt officeor alternating model: one week on-site / one week remote

Ability to work effectively with business users

Knowledge of Python – welcome advantage

Familiarity with mainframe environments – a plus
