We are looking for an experienced professional who can confidently manage the full lifecycle of complex software projects, drive Agile processes, and effectively coordinate and motivate cross-functional teams.

What we expect from you:

5+ years of experience in IT project management
solid understanding of Agile frameworks and hands-on experience running Agile ceremonies and processes
proven experience managing teams, budgets, timelines, and project risks on mid-to-large engagements
strong skills in coordinating distributed and cross-functional teams
strong practical experience with project management tools such as Jira and Confluence
English level: Upper-Intermediate or higher

Nice to have:

Agile-related certifications (Scrum, Kanban), PMI
familiarity with scaled Agile frameworks (SAFe, LeSS, SoS)
experience with additional project or product management tools
