Our client is a leading strategic advisory firm supporting a large-scale transformation program for a major bank in the Middle East.

Our team is driving the full implementation of a next-generation Corporate & Investment Banking platform.

IF YOU ARE

  • Experienced as a Senior Project Manager or Program Manager with 8+ years leading enterprise-scale banking platform implementations

  • Knowledgeable in Corporate & Investment Banking processes, products, and operating models (e.g., corporate lending, loan servicing, investment management, cash management, treasury operations)

  • Skilled in solutioning and governing complex banking technology deployments

  • Possessing a strong technical background

  • Experienced in milestone planning, risk/issue management, and dependency tracking across the full SDLC

  • Capable of communicating clearly with stakeholders, including participation in steering committees

  • Familiar with Avaloq, Finastra LoanIQ/Fusion, or BlackRock Aladdin from an implementation or program-leadership perspective

  • Grounded in work experience with global consultancies or financial institutions

  • Experienced in asset management

  • Familiar with Middle Eastern banking environments (as a plus)

AND YOU WANT TO

  • Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of a major banking platform modernization program

  • Travel to Doha (up to 25% of working time) to support workshops, stakeholder engagements, and on-site delivery needs

  • Oversee delivery milestones and ensure alignment across functional, technical, and vendor workstreams

  • Drive program governance, including reporting, risk/issue management, quality assurance, and adherence to delivery frameworks

  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to support consistent progress and timely decision-making

  • Serve as a strategic partner to client stakeholders, ensuring transparency, expectation alignment, and timely escalation

  • Contribute to shaping long-term transformation roadmaps and operating models

  • Deliver high-quality projects and services across the full project lifecycle

  • Operate remotely while following a Sunday–Thursday working week (Friday and Saturday as days off)
