Scrum Master

We’re looking for a Scrum Master to guide our teams through Agile and hybrid frameworks, helping deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced, international environment.

What you’ll do:

Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and coach teams for higher productivity
Support Product Owners with backlog creation and prioritization
Identify and resolve issues while promoting continuous improvement
Drive cultural change, fostering trust, transparency, and collaboration

What we’re looking for:

3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master
Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, LeSS, Hybrid) and project methodologies
Experience in IT projects, including enterprise software implementations (e.g., SAP)
Excellent communication, facilitation, and teamwork skills
Fluent English
