Project Coordinator

Junior • Remote

Warsaw, Poland

We are recruiting for a role within our consulting team, which delivers analytical (BI) and automation projects using Webcon and Power Apps/Power Automate.


Your responsibilities:

Project Support

  • Coordination of project activities (Apps and BI)

  • Managing schedules and tracking deadlines

  • Organizing meetings: status meetings, reviews, discovery sessions, retrospectives

  • Preparing notes, summaries, and client reports

  • Supporting team leaders in workload planning

  • Ensuring smooth information flow between the team and the client

  • Updating boards in Jira / DevOps / Confluence

  • Ensuring accurate reporting by team members

  • Managing project budgets

Presales Support

  • Preparing proposals based on TTMS templates

  • Creating presentations (PowerPoint)

  • Supporting Tech Leads and team leaders in estimations

  • Co-creating case studies and short success stories

  • Maintaining and updating the offer materials library


We are looking for you, if you have:

Must have

  • 6–18 months of experience in a PMO / Project Assistant / Project Coordinator / Junior PM role

  • Good work organization and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

  • Ability to run meetings (internal or client-facing)

  • Very good knowledge of PowerPoint

  • Basic familiarity with project management tools (Jira / Azure DevOps / Confluence)

  • Strong communication skills and independence

  • English at a minimum B2 level

  • Experience in IT (Apps / BI / Software / Data)

Nice to have

  • Experience in preparing proposals or sales presentations

  • Basic knowledge of Agile / Scrum

  • Experience in PMO or project reporting
