Senior Project Manager for IT Network Project

Salary: 800-1000 PLN/day on B2B

Work model: elastic hybrid from Gdańsk (at least 2 days per week from the office)

Project

---

You will join an initiative delivered as part of the DORA Workstream 2 – IT Operational Improvements program, focusing specifically on the development and implementation of a management network for the administration of ICT assets. The project involves close collaboration with infrastructure, network, and operational teams to enhance the organization’s resilience, control, and operational efficiency.

 

Expected competences and knowledge

• 10+ experience in IT Project Management incl. hybrid methodologies (waterfall, Agile/SAFe)
• Technical background with good understanding of IT infrastructure (including Network, Compute, IAM, monitoring etc.)
• Ability to drive and manage core Network area deployments, migration and upgrade projects
• Excellent stakeholder and communication management skills
• Excellent time management, prioritization and organizational skills
• Experience in Jira, Confluence
• Advanced English proficiency (C1 level)

 

Nice to have

• Project Management certifications: PMP, Prince2 or equivalent
• Experience in Program Management
• Cyber Security knowledge

 

Responsibilities you'll have

• Lead and manage IT project delivery within the DORA Workstream 2 scope
• Oversee deployments, migrations, and upgrade activities within core network areas
• Collaborate closely with technical teams across network, compute, IAM, and monitoring domains
• Plan, prioritize, and coordinate tasks to ensure timely and successful project execution
• Engage and communicate effectively with stakeholders at multiple levels
• Ensure project documentation and progress tracking using Jira and Confluence
• Apply hybrid project methodologies (Waterfall, Agile/SAFe) throughout the project lifecycle
