We are looking for a results-oriented Project Manager with strong technical program management expertise to join our client, a global SaaS company delivering large-scale data management and syndication solutions. In this role, you will lead complex software implementation projects for international brand customers, ensuring high-quality delivery, smooth coordination with stakeholders, and long-term client satisfaction. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in cross-functional environments and enjoys combining technical expertise with customer-facing program delivery.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in technical project/program management

• Advanced level of English and German (French is a plus)

• Background in SaaS product implementations, ideally within retail or data-related industries

• Strong understanding of retail business drivers and data management concepts

• Experience managing diverse, cross-functional, and international teams

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee SaaS implementation projects for global retail and brand clients

• Translate business objectives into clear functional requirements in collaboration with Solution Architects and SMEs

• Define and document program success criteria and scope changes

• Coordinate project activities with internal engineering, partner stakeholders, and customer teams

• Ensure timely delivery and high-quality execution across multi-location, multicultural teams

• Drive internal and external communication, ensuring stakeholder alignment throughout the project lifecycle

• Build long-term customer relationships that foster trust and advocacy

• Contribute technical and industry expertise to product implementation and process refinement

• Support the evolution of engagement models and delivery frameworks, including partner collaborations
