We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our team.


Our customer is the European online car market with over 30 million monthly users, with a market presence in 18 countries. As a Senior Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of online car markets and enhancing the user experience for millions of car buyers and sellers.


Responsibilities:

  • Lead roadmap execution for the team’s internal and external data products, ensuring understanding of the clients’  goals and user needs. 

  • Enable data product transformation for internal and external data products to drive maximum business value 

  • Champion data as a product, promoting adoption of data capabilities across the organization. 

  • Collaborate with Data Engineering, Analytics, and Business teams to define product requirements, prioritize features, and provide solutions. 

  • Guide the development of data transformation and presentation layers to support data analytics. 

  • Ensure data products are secure, compliant, and scalable, with a focus on usability and performance. 

  • Monitor product performance using OKRs and KPIs and iterate based on feedback and evolving needs. 

  • Stay current with industry trends in data platforms, AI/ML, and cloud technologies, and apply best practices to product development. 


Requirements:

  • Work in the Canadian timezone (EDT) 

  • 4+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on data platforms, data products, or analytics solutions. 

  • Experience with data warehousing technologies  

  • Proficiency in data analysis and prototyping 

  • Experience with data architecture, ETL/ELT pipelines, and data governance. 

  • Familiarity with AI/ML platforms (e.g., Databricks, DataRobot) and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Quick Sight). 

  • Familiarity with data mesh, data contracts, and modern data

  • Balance technical depth with business acumen, and to communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences. 

  • English level - Upper-Intermediate and above. 

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Business, or related field; equivalent experience considered.
