We’re looking for a growth-oriented eCommerce Product Manager to join our close-knit international team.

If you enjoy working close to the business, making a real impact, and avoiding corporate noise – you’ll feel at home here.

  • Experience managing people or leading project teams

  • Excellent English, sufficient for cross-departmental internal negotiations

  • Willingness to travel to the US (up to 2 trips per year)

  • Independence and accountability – this is a decision-making role, not a coordinator position

  • Strong analytical skills and familiarity with analytical tools (GA4, Hotjar, etc.)

  • Nice to have: retail experience and familiarity with omnichannel environments or premium/luxury D2C brands.}

What we offer

  • Flexible, long-term cooperation

  • Fully remote work with access to offices in Kraków / Bielsko-Biała

  • B2B contract

  • Real work-life balance: paid vacation, private healthcare, Multisport, life insurance, parental support, flexible hours

  • Friendly and supportive atmosphere (training budget, English with a native speaker, referral program, team-building budget and events)

  • All necessary equipment

  • High organizational culture and tools that genuinely help instead of slowing you down
