Key Responsibilities

As a Scrum Master / Project Manager, you will be responsible for:

Leading Agile delivery for AI and Data initiatives built on modern cloud platforms.
Facilitating all Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
Managing project scope, timelines, and resources to ensure successful delivery.
Working closely with cross-functional teams across multiple geographies (e.g., India, Italy).
Monitoring progress and preparing reports using Agile metrics and KPIs.
Identifying project risks and issues, proposing mitigation strategies.
Promoting Agile maturity and continuous improvement within teams.
Ensuring stakeholder alignment and clear communication across all project phases.
Maintaining project documentation, knowledge repositories, and status reports.
Supporting change management initiatives and Agile adoption efforts.

Proficiency with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.

Required Qualifications

Degree in a STEM discipline or equivalent professional experience.
Hands-on experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Project Manager in global, multi-cultural environments.
Solid understanding of Agile principles, practices, and delivery models.
Experience working with cloud ecosystems (e.g., Azure) and data-focused projects.
Strong proficiency in Agile project management tools.
Fluency in English and Italian (B2–C2).

Preferred Qualifications

Relevant certifications: CSM, PMI-ACP, SAFe, or similar.
Experience with AI-driven delivery or project management tools.
Familiarity with DevOps practices and integration into Agile workflows.
