Allegro’s product and technology organization includes over 2500 IT professionals building one of the most complex and high-scale e-commerce platforms in Europe. We create advanced tools and systems that power the shopping experience for millions of customers every day.We are looking for a Product Manager to join the Consumer Inspiration area and lead the development of our Deals Area—a key sales and communication surface during Allegro’s shopping festivals. This role also includes a broader responsibility for integrating promotional offers across the entire customer journey.The ideal candidate will combine strategic thinking, a product mindset, and analytical rigor to build scalable, high-impact promotional experiences. This is a highly cross-functional role: from identifying opportunities and shaping the product strategy to driving implementation and continuous iteration. You'll work closely with engineers, designers, business stakeholders, and data experts to deliver best-in-class promotional journeys that are not only effective—but also seamless and personalized.


Responsibilities

 

Product Strategy & Ownership

  • Define the Deals Area vision and strategy with end-to-end ownership of the deals experience, ensuring cohesive promotional engagement across the Allegro ecosystem

  • Develop and maintain a long-term product roadmap (1–3 years), balancing short-term wins and strategic investments.

  • Own cross-functional planning and delivery by aligning with Marketing, UX, Data Science, Engineering, and Commerce.


Execution & Delivery

  • Translate customer insights and business needs into actionable product requirements and clear documentation.

  • Lead product development through all stages: discovery, MVP, experimentation, rollout, and iteration.

  • Use machine learning–driven personalization to improve offer relevance and user outcomes.

  • Ensure smooth launches and continuous improvements by partnering with tech leads and support teams.


Optimization & Growth

  • Define, monitor, and report on key product KPIs (e.g., CTR, conversion, GMV) to assess impact and guide decisions.

  • Co-create the business value model and collaborate with controlling to assess financial performance.

  • Seek out new growth opportunities, leveraging market trends, user behavior, and internal capabilities.

  • Collaborate closely with Commercial teams to maximize deal effectiveness across campaigns and ongoing offers.


Communication & Stakeholder Management

  • Communicate strategy, roadmaps, and results clearly through structured documents and presentations.

  • Build alignment and trust with a wide range of stakeholders (inc. C-Level) to ensure engagement throughout the product lifecycle.


We Are Looking For

  • Proven experience in product management, ideally at the intersection of product, technology, AI, and commerce.

  • Strong ownership mindset with the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and deliver outcomes.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage the full product lifecycle—from opportunity discovery to post-launch iteration.

  • Skilled in defining and tracking KPIs, balancing input/output metrics, and optimizing for business impact.

  • Entrepreneurial and experimental mindset: able to rapidly test hypotheses, assess risks early, and iterate fast.

  • Proficient in data-driven decision-making: able to prioritize problems worth solving based on qualitative and quantitative insights.

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with a variety of stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

  • Good command of English (minimum B2 level)
