Your responsibilities:

Creating a variety of training materials: documents, guidelines, tutorials, articles, and notes on the Training Portal built on the AEM CMS platform
Participating in the Scrum ceremonies to catch up on the changes
Conducting subject matter research and information gathering
Working daily on the AEM CMS platform to test the features and provide updates
Documentation development & management, incl. initiating and tracking documentation workflows
Conducting training sessions with affiliates as the need arises
Providing feedback on support tickets regarding the content issues on the AEM CMS platform

We are looking for you, if you have:

At least B2 English skills
Very good writing skills
1+ years of experience in working with any CMS (like AEM, Sitecore, Episerver, Acquia, WordPress, Drupal, Joomla etc.)
Working knowledge in IT project management tool (JIRA) or ability to learn quickly new technologies and business processes
Willingness to develop skills in tools for authoring and publishing content
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Attention to detail and focus on quality of work
