IT Asset Manager

Responsibilities:

Maintain and update records of licenses, warranties, service agreements, and vendor contracts
Ensure accuracy of asset data in ServiceNow (CMS)
Review and analyze over 800 applications
Verify and enter license agreement details into the system
Manage license renewals and provide guidance where applicable
Identify and collect missing entitlement and licensing documents
Assess license usage rights, including cloud and VDI environments
Assist in preparing software installation packages

Requirements:

Proven experience in IT Asset Management (software/hardware)
Strong knowledge of ServiceNow
Understanding of software licensing models and contract terms
Ability to read and interpret contracts, amendments, and usage rights
Technical Skills: ITIL, Microsoft Excel, Power BI, ServiceNow (SNOW), Tableau
Knowledge of English at B2 level (minimum)
