Requirements:


  • Solid knowledge of Windows and Debian/Ubuntu Server Linux systems and hardware.

  • Experience with Docker containers and virtualization (Proxmox). 

  • Familiarity with CI/CD systems (Harbor, GitLab, GitHub, etc.). 

  • Scripting skills in bash, PowerShell, and Python. 

  • Experience with Atlassian Cloud products: Jira Service Management, Confluence, Bitbucket. 

  • Experience with Azure Cloud services: Azure App Service, Azure Functions, MS Graph, Azure networking, virtual machines. 

  • Experience with REST API and webhook integrations. 

  • Proven experience with Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 administration. 

  • Proven experience with network management: VLANs, firewalls, WiFi networks, IPsec tunnels, OSPF, or IPv4. 

  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. 

  • Excellent communication and documentation abilities. 

  • Very good knowledge of English and Polish.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative IT team. 

  • Willingness to go through mandatory personal security clerance verification procedure.

  • Willingness to go through mandatory checks required to be admitted to work with defense-related technologies. 

  • Willingness to work predominantly from Spyrosoft's Wrocław office.

Project description:


We are seeking a skilled IT Administrator to join our Wrocław office, working primarily on-site. This role is dedicated to supporting critical defense and aerospace infrastructure, which is why employment is offered exclusively under a full-time contract.

Due to the sensitive nature of the position, candidates must undergo a mandatory government security clearance process. This includes a comprehensive background check covering personal and family history, financial records, and criminal record verification.


Main responsibilities:


  • Assist in defining IT infrastructure strategy, architecture, and processes. 

  • Manage and track IT assets. 

  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues related to internal IT systems. 

  • Manage network and server infrastructure. 

  • Implement and maintain cloud backup and disaster recovery strategies. 

  • Monitor IT systems to ensure performance and drive continuous improvement. 

  • Ensure patch management, performance monitoring, and high availability. 

  • Develop and maintain IT policy and best practice guides for the organization. 

  • Oversee license management and procurement. 

  • Integrate internal systems. 

  • Provide L2 technical support for end-users and internal IT systems. 

  • Develop documentation, knowledge base articles, and standard operating procedures.

  • Support the change management process as part of the L2 line of support. 

  • Work primarily from the office in Wrocław.
