What to expect from us

• Firewalls – You will implement, maintain and expand firewall infrastructures using Fortinet technologies like FortiGate, FortiManager, FortiAnalyzer, and FortiSASE.

• Switches & Access Points – You’ll also be responsible for deployment and support of switches and access points (Unifi, Cisco Meraki, Fortinet).

• Consulting – You’ll advise our customers on network architecture and implement tailored solutions.

• Support – You’ll independently resolve complex technical issues using our ticket system.

• Administration – You’ll handle basic Azure Networking (vNETs, Virtual Network Gateways).

• Documentation – You’ll maintain network documentation using tools like Confluence, Jira and ITSM.

What defines you

• Background – Degree in Information Technology (Bachelor/ Master)Completed vocational training in IT (e.g. IT specialist for system integration) or comparable qualification

• Experience – Several years of hands-on experience in network engineering and firewall management

• Firewall expertise – In-depth knowledge of Fortinet solutions: FortiGate, FortiManager, FortiAnalyzer, FortiSASE

• Switching – Familiar with switching concepts and technologies (Cisco Meraki, Aruba)

• Access Points – Skilled in operating and configuring access points (Fortinet, Unifi, Aruba)

• Azure Networking and Architecture – Understanding of basic Azure networking architecture

• Soft Skills – Strong communication, solution-oriented mindset and team spirit

• Languages – Excellent German, Polish and English skills, both spoken and written
