Junior HR Application Consultant (Oracle HCM)

We are looking for a Junior HR Application Consultant to join our team and support clients in the configuration, development, and maintenance of the Oracle HCM system. This is a great opportunity to start your career in modern cloud HR system, working in an international environment and learning from experienced specialists.

Responsibilities:

- Support the team in implementing and configuring Oracle HCM modules

- Analyze business requirements and map them to Workday functionalities

- Build SQL reports

- Prepare technical and business documentation

- Participate in system and integration testing

- Provide ongoing support to system users and resolve basic issues

Requirements:

- MS Office knowledge

- SQL knowledge

- Strong communication skills and eagerness to learn new technologies

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Good command of English (minimum B2)

- Nice to have: HR processes or/and HR systems knowledge (like Workday, Oracle Cloud HCM, SAP SuccessFactors)
