Our Opening and Your Responsibilities

We are seeking a skilled Senior Network Engineer to be the primary point of contact for designing, implementing, and managing customized network and security solutions that meet unique business needs across global production and R&D environments. This role plays a critical part in developing and maintaining an enterprise-wide networking infrastructure that spans LAN, WAN, WLAN, and security systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the main contact for tailored network and security solutions supporting diverse business functions,

• Design, develop, and manage enterprise networking infrastructure, including DNS, IPAM, and AAA systems,

• Collaborate closely with Cybersecurity teams to enforce network security policies, firewall configurations, and secure remote access,

• Work with Managed Service Provider (MSP) across multiple regions (Europe, Americas, Asia Pacific, China) to maintain data center and local network infrastructure,

• Act as a Subject Matter Expert by driving continuous improvement, managing network configurations, and maintaining design documentation,

• Define and optimize operational processes in partnership with MSP, ServiceNow teams, and internal IT groups to boost efficiency,

• Oversee hardware and software lifecycle management to ensure cost-effectiveness, compliance, and uninterrupted service delivery.

What You Need to Succeed

• Minimum 5 years of experience in large-scale network and security planning, including Cisco routing/switching and enterprise-grade security solutions (preferably Fortinet),

• Excellent knowledge of English (written and spoken),

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Information Systems or related field, or equivalent education,

• Strong knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, STP, DNS, OSPF, BGP) and Cisco products (Catalyst/Nexus Switches, Routers, ISE),

• Proven ability to troubleshoot enterprise applications such as SAP, hybrid web applications, and Teams videoconferencing,

• Experience leading network/security projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams,

• Solid understanding of HTTP/HTTPS protocols, web application security (OWASP Top 10), and DNS standards including DNSSEC,

• Preferred candidates with minimum either Cisco CCNP or equivalent knowledge.

Nice to have:

• WAF implementations experience – proven record track in in tuning WAF policies, creating custom rules, and mitigating false positives with popular products (i.e. Fortinet),

• Experience with hybrid DNS environments (on-premises and cloud integration),

• Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, and Bicep.
