Core Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain RPA environments (dev/test/prod)

• Optimize and own bot deployment processes

• Implement & maintain Git-based version control

• Schedule, monitor, and orchestrate bot executions

• Build and support CI/CD pipelines for RPA

• Collaborate with Dev, Infra, and Ops to ensure stability

• Troubleshoot and run root-cause analysis for platform issues

Required Skills

• 6+ years DevOps / Platform Engineering

• 3+ years in RPA infrastructure

• Strong experience with Blue Prism

• CI/CD: Jenkins, GitLab, Azure DevOps

• Scripting: PowerShell, Python

• Bot orchestration tools

• Familiarity with AWS / Azure / GCP, Docker, Kubernetes

Preferred

• Telecom / Media / Technology domain

• IaC (Terraform/Ansible), automated provisioning

• ITIL, operational governance
