Senior DevOps

Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and operate integrations between Liberty Mutual's CI/CD tooling and Guidewire's CI/CD pipeline

• Lead the architecture and design phase, defining scalable and secure DevOps solutions in line with project requirements

• Implement and configure CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Bitbucket Pipelines, GitHub Actions, and other automation frameworks

• Develop and maintain infrastructure and automation scripts to support continuous integration and deployment processes

• Collaborate closely with development and operations teams to ensure seamless pipeline execution and deployment reliability

• Monitor and optimize system performance, ensuring scalability and high availability of the CI/CD environment

• Perform knowledge transfer and operational handoff to internal teams upon completion of implementation

Requirements:

• Experience working as a DevOps Engineer or in a similar infrastructure automation role

• Strong hands-on experience with AWS (Amazon Web Services) – including setup, configuration, and optimization

• Proven expertise in CI/CD pipeline design and implementation (Bitbucket Pipelines, GitHub Actions)

• Proficiency with Git and source control management best practices

• Solid programming/scripting skills in Python and Java

• Experience with infrastructure automation and DevOps best practices

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate architectural concepts into working solutions

• Excellent communication and documentation skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams

• Fluent English (B2/C1 level)
