About the project:

This role is for a financial sector project focused on building an AWS environment for two applications and migrating them from their existing AWS environment.

Hybrid work model – 2 days in the office per week

What You’ll Do:

Develop, implement and maintain infrastructure as code for various environments.
Develop and maintain configuration as code, supporting service delivery end to end.
Work closely with development and operations teams to ensure seamless deployment and scalability of applications.
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure high availability and reliability.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement by introducing new technologies and practices.
Participate in the design and implementation of security measures to protect sensitive data.

We are looking for someone with:

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Cloud Engineer or DevOps Engineer (Cloud).
Proficiency in cloud platforms, particularly AWS.
Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and automation tools such as Terraform.
Familiarity with Linux/Unix administration and scripting languages (Bash, Python, Groovy, Go).
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Nice to have:

Knowledge of Google Cloud Platform or Azure.
Programming experience in Java.
Experience with Linux/Unix administration and scripting languages (Bash, Python, Groovy, Go).
Experience with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana) and log management solutions (ELK stack).
Understanding of network architecture and security best practices.
Knowledge of database administration and performance tuning (SQL, NoSQL).
Certifications in cloud technologies or DevOps methodologies.
Experience working in a restricted, highly regulated environment (e.g., PCI).
