Platform Engineer/DevOps Engineer with German

Responsibilities

Design, implement, and operate features of the Kubernetes platform to enhance developer experience
Develop, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines supporting continuous delivery and automation
Automate manual processes and contribute to system and container hardening
Manage and optimize cloud infrastructures, primarily in Microsoft Azure
Collaborate closely with development teams to integrate modern DevOps practices
Support the implementation of cloud-native strategies across environments
Grow into or take on the role of Tech Lead within the platform engineering team

Qualifications

Degree in IT or related field or adequate experience
Fluent in German, English and Polish
Hands-on experience with cloud environments, ideally Microsoft Azure
Practical experience with Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) management
Familiarity with observability tools such as Loki, Prometheus, and Grafana
Knowledge of Azure DevOps, scripting (Bash, Shell, PowerShell, Python), and Infrastructure as Code (ARM, Terraform, Bicep, etc.)
Interest in automation frameworks such as Ansible, Chef, or Puppet
Availability to work remotely with at least 1 visit in the office per quarter
