We seek a Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to join our SRE Department in Warsaw, responsible for driving automation and reliability, owning CI/CD pipelines, and managing incident response. What You Will Do

Drive automation and reliability across platforms to reduce manual work and improve operational efficiency.
Own CI/CD pipelines and release processes, ensuring secure and scalable delivery of applications.
Handle incident response and collaborate with development teams to maintain system stability.
Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues to ensure high availability and performance.
Participate in Scrum ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

What You Bring

Degree in Computer Science or related field with 5+ years in DevOps/SRE roles in containerized environments.
Strong experience with Linux and container technologies such as Docker, Podman, and Kubernetes/OpenShift.
Deep understanding of CI/CD practices and tools like GitLab CI, Ansible, ArgoCD, and Helm.
Excellent problem-solving skills, ability to prioritize tasks, and work independently in a fast-paced setting.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills for effective collaboration across teams.
