Senior Azure Cloud Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Azure Cloud Engineer to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of our cloud infrastructure. This role will play a key part in ensuring our Azure-based environments remain secure, scalable, and automation-driven. You will collaborate closely with DevOps, security, and development teams to support mission-critical applications and platform services.

Your tasks

Lead the architecture, implementation, and maintenance of cloud solutions with a strong focus on Microsoft Azure
Manage and optimize Azure core services such as VMs, VNets, Azure AD, Key Vault, Storage, and App Services
Oversee and improve Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) workloads and container orchestration
Design and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, Bicep, or ARM templates
Develop, maintain, and enhance CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions
Create and maintain automation scripts using PowerShell, Bash, or Python
Implement secure networking, identity, access management, and cloud security controls across Azure environments

Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience in cloud engineering, with a strong emphasis on Microsoft Azure
Willingness to work in a hybrid model, with two weekly visits to the client’s office in Wrocław
Strong practical knowledge of AKS and modern containerized application management
Proven experience using IaC tools such as Terraform, Bicep, or ARM in production environments
Solid experience building and managing CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions
Strong scripting abilities in PowerShell, Bash, or Python for automation and tooling
Excellent understanding of cloud networking, IAM, and security best practices within Azure
Fluency in English
Residing in Poland required
