Requirements:

Several years of experience in software development, including leadership roles.
Proven ability to build, lead, and grow engineering teams.
Experience in designing scalable, distributed systems.
Strong knowledge of AWS and Kubernetes.
Good communication skills and a mentoring mindset.
Product-oriented approach and ability to work with stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

Lead the platform backend team.
Ensure system stability, performance, and scalability.
Participate in key technical decisions and maintain engineering best practices.
Cooperate with SRE and DevOps teams.
Support team development and knowledge growth.
