Senior DevOps Engineer

Join a global aerospace and technology lcompany that designs advanced avionics and digital solutions for modern aircraft. As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you will help build and run platforms that support safe, reliable, and scalable aviation systems used worldwide. You will have opportunity to work with the team in Gdańsk.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines (for example using GitLab CI)

• Manage and improve Linux-based environments with attention to security and networking

• Work closely with developers, testers, and other teams to support smooth delivery

• Contribute to system architecture and reliability through automation and tooling

• Use monitoring, logging, and tracing tools to keep systems healthy

Ideal candidate profile

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or a similar technical field

• 6+ years of professional experience in DevOps or a related role

• Strong experience designing and operating CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI or similar)

• Good knowledge of networking basics, security best practices, and Linux administration

• Strong communication skills and experience working with cross-functional teams

• Good English skills

Nice to have:

• Proficiency in at least one modern programming language

• Experience with monitoring and logging tools (such as Grafana, Prometheus)

• Familiarity with build tools (Bazel, CMake, Maven, BitBake)

• Knowledge of IaC and configuration tools (Terraform, Ansible, Salt)

• System and design thinking
