Key responsibilities
Design, execute, and automate performance and load tests using JMeter.
Build performance scripts in Python or Shell and integrate them into CI/CD (Jenkins).
Develop UI automation for performance and end-user experience testing.
Monitor and analyse metrics with OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, Grafana, and Splunk.
Troubleshoot performance issues using logs and SQL queries.
Work in a Kubernetes + AWS environment with RDS databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL/Aurora).
Ideal candidate profile
4-7 years of hands-on experience in performance engineering, with CI/CD integration experience
Strong JMeter skills (Gatling or Locust is a plus)
Solid scripting skills in Python and/or Shell
Experience with UI automation for performance testing, as well as QL/log analysis expertise
Practical knowledge of Jenkins pipelines and Kubernetes
Experience with AWS, especially RDS (PostgreSQL/MySQL/Aurora)
Proficiency in OpenTelemetry, Prometheus/Grafana, Splunk
Clear communication skills, ability to explain performance findings clearly.
