Key responsibilities


  • Design, execute, and automate performance and load tests using JMeter.

  • Build performance scripts in Python or Shell and integrate them into CI/CD (Jenkins).

  • Develop UI automation for performance and end-user experience testing.

  • Monitor and analyse metrics with OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, Grafana, and Splunk.

  • Troubleshoot performance issues using logs and SQL queries.

  • Work in a Kubernetes + AWS environment with RDS databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL/Aurora).


Ideal candidate profile


  • 4-7 years of hands-on experience in performance engineering, with CI/CD integration experience

  • Strong JMeter skills (Gatling or Locust is a plus)

  • Solid scripting skills in Python and/or Shell

  • Experience with UI automation for performance testing, as well as QL/log analysis expertise

  • Practical knowledge of Jenkins pipelines and Kubernetes

  • Experience with AWS, especially RDS (PostgreSQL/MySQL/Aurora)

  • Proficiency in OpenTelemetry, Prometheus/Grafana, Splunk

  • Clear communication skills, ability to explain performance findings clearly.
