Senior DevOps Engineer

We are seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer with expertise in GitHub Actions to optimize workflows, design robust CI/CD pipelines, and ensure secure, scalable infrastructure.


You will lead the migration and customization of GitHub Actions workflows, integrate monitoring and alerting systems, and design cloud-based solutions that meet enterprise standards. Collaborating with the development team, you'll apply DevOps best practices to deliver high-performing, compatible, and secure systems.


Responsibilities

  • Migrate workflows using GitHub Actions to either Piper or custom GitHub Actions

  • Establish CI/CD processes for applications and infrastructure using tools such as Jenkins, GitLab or similar

  • Apply industry best practices for system hardening and configuration management

  • Integrate logging, monitoring and alerting systems to assess system health and security

  • Design reliable cloud solutions alongside service-oriented architectures

  • Ensure systems meet standards for availability, performance, scalability and security

  • Collaborate with the software development team to achieve software and systems compatibility


Requirements

  • Ability to optimize, migrate and customize workflows in GitHub Actions

  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines, version control tools, logging and monitoring technologies

  • Background in Docker, Kubernetes and configuration management tools such as Ansible, Chef or Puppet

  • Proficiency in scripting languages like Python, Shell or Bash

  • Competency in logging and monitoring tools including Prometheus, Grafana, Splunk, ELK, Graylog, NewRelic, AppDynamics, Dynatrace, Datadog or Zabbix

  • Knowledge of cloud platforms and maintenance of production-grade environments in AWS, GCP or Azure

  • Understanding of networking infrastructure and security frameworks

  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities

  • Ability to deliver innovative solutions to challenges

  • English proficiency at a B2 level or higher
