Project

You will join a long-term financial initiative for a major Nordic banking group. The project focuses on stability, reliability, and continuous improvement of critical applications used across business lines. Your work will directly impact performance, security, and automation in a complex, high-volume production environment.

Responsibilities you'll have

Provide technical and administrative support for applications
Troubleshoot issues and resolve incidents
Improve performance and enhance CI/CD automation
Deploy releases and ensure a smooth release process
Implement and optimize monitoring, logging, and alerting
Ensure security and compliance standards
Automate processes to boost operational efficiency
Identify and resolve bottlenecks in applications or infrastructure

Expected competences and knowledge

Minimum 3+ years in a DevOps role
Strong scripting skills (Bash / Python / PowerShell)
Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
Proficiency with CI/CD tools (Bamboo, Jenkins, Helm)
Familiarity with monitoring solutions (AppDynamics, Grafana, Prometheus, Splunk)
Strong Git and Bitbucket practices
Knowledge of Kafka, MS SQL, Oracle, Postman, SoapUI
Experience in Linux environments
Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset
Good command of English
Nice to have: knowledge of the Pega platform
