Project
You will join a long-term financial initiative for a major Nordic banking group. The project focuses on stability, reliability, and continuous improvement of critical applications used across business lines. Your work will directly impact performance, security, and automation in a complex, high-volume production environment.
Responsibilities you'll have
- Provide technical and administrative support for applications
- Troubleshoot issues and resolve incidents
- Improve performance and enhance CI/CD automation
- Deploy releases and ensure a smooth release process
- Implement and optimize monitoring, logging, and alerting
- Ensure security and compliance standards
- Automate processes to boost operational efficiency
- Identify and resolve bottlenecks in applications or infrastructure
Expected competences and knowledge
- Minimum 3+ years in a DevOps role
- Strong scripting skills (Bash / Python / PowerShell)
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
- Proficiency with CI/CD tools (Bamboo, Jenkins, Helm)
- Familiarity with monitoring solutions (AppDynamics, Grafana, Prometheus, Splunk)
- Strong Git and Bitbucket practices
- Knowledge of Kafka, MS SQL, Oracle, Postman, SoapUI
- Experience in Linux environments
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset
- Good command of English
- Nice to have: knowledge of the Pega platform
