Your Role

Lead the technical direction of DevOps initiatives across CI/CD, infrastructure, monitoring, and security domains.
Coordinate collaboration between DevOps, Architecture, and Development teams to ensure technical alignment and smooth delivery across all environments.
Work closely with engineering leadership to define priorities, build roadmaps, and drive cross-team dependencies.
Shape the DevOps culture and standards, introducing best practices and long-term improvement plans for automation, scalability, and reliability.
Build and maintain cloud-based environments using tools such as Kubernetes, Terraform, Helm, and Azure.
Oversee CI/CD processes using GitLab CI and ArgoCD, ensuring efficient, secure, and consistent delivery pipelines.
Design monitoring and observability frameworks with Elastic Stack, Kibana, Grafana, and Prometheus.
Manage high-availability, mission-critical systems operating at 99.9%+ uptime.
Optimize PostgreSQL databases and work with ClickHouse for performance-intensive analytical use cases.

What We Expect

5+ years of experience in DevOps or related technical areas.
Strong background in high-availability systems and resilient infrastructure design.
Proven ability to lead or mentor teams and coordinate complex, multi-domain projects.
Excellent knowledge of Linux environments and experience with Azure cloud infrastructure.
Hands-on experience with Terraform, Helm, and Kubernetes.
Skilled in automation, container orchestration, and managing CI/CD processes (GitLab CI, ArgoCD).
Familiarity with security best practices, network protocols, and troubleshooting (DNS, SSH, TCP/IP, HTTP).
Proficiency in PostgreSQL management and optimization; knowledge of ClickHouse is highly desirable.
Strong communication and collaboration skills — able to bridge technical and business perspectives.
Fluent in Polish and English.
