Responsibilities:

Deliver expert guidance on OpenShift architecture, integrations, and platform capabilities.
Recommend and implement effective deployment strategies and cluster configuration patterns.
Diagnose and resolve complex OpenShift and Kubernetes issues, supporting incident management activities.
Contribute to platform upgrades, scalability assessments, and capacity planning.
Ensure adherence to security, compliance, and governance policies across the platform.

Skills:

3-5 years of hands-on experience with OpenShift and Kubernetes.
Strong knowledge of container orchestration, networking, and security concepts.
Practical experience working with Operators, OpenShift CLI, and platform administration.
Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
Experience working with hybrid cloud or multi-cluster environments.
Familiarity with OpenShift Service Mesh, Pipelines, and GitOps practices.
Relevant certifications such as Red Hat OpenShift, CKA, or similar.
Background in supporting large-scale enterprise OpenShift/Kubernetes deployments.
