DevOps Engineer, AI/ML team

Responsibilities:

• Ownership of the DevOps function as the sole DevOps engineer for AI/ML team

• Infrastructure management and optimization

• Establish and maintain the CI/CD automation

• Work cross-functionally to deliver scalable automation solutions to enable rapid development, configuration management of source code, and support test, deployment, and production sustaining activities

• Work closely with the AI/ML team to understand the solution architecture and build requirements to properly build CI/CD pipelines templates

• Establish best practices for code deployment to on-premises and cloud-based infrastructure, while also establishing a process for integrating unit testing as part of the automated build pipeline

• Ensure AI/ML product systems are stable, reliable, and provide an efficient, user-friendly experience for our customers

• Work at Warsaw office for 3 days a week

Requirements:

• 5+ years in DevOps / Cloud engineering

• Proficiency with AWS and Cloud technologies

• Coding or scripting skills – preferably in Python

• Experience with build tools such as Make, Maven, and/or Gradle.

• Strong knowledge of software configuration management systems and version control tools like Git

• Expertise in CI/CD engines such as Jenkins, TeamCity, GitLab, or GitHub Actions

• Hands-on experience with container technologies like Docker, OpenShift, and/or Kubernetes

• Experience automating releases using Terraform, Ansible, and/or shell scripts

• Experience with large Cloud infrastructures and with/at international companies

• Understanding of test processes, strategies, and test automation

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Nice to have: fintech, MLOps, software development experience

• Fluent in English
