DevSecOps Expert/Architect (contract)

We are looking for contractors interested in leading DevSecOps methodology implementation at international fintech company.

• Duration: 12 months (expected: +6 months extension)

• B2B contract via Harvey Nash

• Location: Warsaw (2 days in office per week)

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead transition of development practices to a modern DevSecOps

• Collaborate closely with other architects and engineering leaders to define, refine, and champion SDLC processes and standards

• Define overarching principles, target architectures, document target states for DevSecOps implementations

• Deeply engage with development teams and other stakeholders

• Gather requirements and validate processes

• Champion the benefits of DevSecOps across the organization

• Work closely with software engineering teams, business analysts, and other stakeholders to ensure cohesive and effective DevSecOps practices

• Provide hands-on support and guidance to teams

• Identify opportunities for process improvements

Requirements:

• 7+ years in DevOps / DevSecOps

• Experience in leading initiatives, preferably implementing / improving DevSecOps practices

• Experience in gathering requirements and defining procedures

• Knowledge of IT security

• Knowledge of DevOps/DevSecOps tools (e.g. GitLab, Jenkins, SonarQube, Artifactory, jFrog, Azure, IaC)

• Nice to have: experience in coding (e.g. Java)

• Fluent in English

• Allowed to run a company in Poland
