Senior DevOps Engineer

We are inviting a Senior DevOps Engineer to work in a top-notch DevOps team, which includes more than 30 talented specialists and continues to grow.

Requirements:

  • More than 5 years of strong hands-on experience with Linux (Ubuntu, CentOS, AWS Linux, Alpine)

  • At least 4 years of experience with AWS

  • Strong scripting and coding skills with Bash, Python, and/or Go

  • Experience with CI/CD tools

  • Confident in Linux administration and networking

  • At least 2 years of practical experience with Kubernetes

  • Good understanding of relational and NoSQL databases

  • Proven experience with configuration management tools and IaC

  • Deep understanding of the observability stack

  • At least an Upper-Intermediate level of English


Would be a plus:
 

  • Experience with GitOps and noOps approaches

  • Expertise in OpenShift and AWS ECS

  • Hands-on experience with Azure and/or GCP

  • Familiarity with serverless models

  • Multiple-projects experience

Responsibilities:

  • Take part in environment/architecture planning

  • Drive automation of CI/CD and other processes on a project

  • Optimize existing environments/structure

  • Provide recommendations for new technologies and procedures to improve service availability and management

  • Troubleshoot production system and network issues related to performance and functionality

  • Support existing environments

  • Consult the development team on infrastructure-related questions
