Test Lead

Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of approximately 10 QA and test automation engineers, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement,

• Define and maintain comprehensive Test Strategies, Test Plans, and Release Calendars aligned with product roadmaps and regulatory requirements,

• Ensure that all test activities comply with Computer System Validation (CSV) and GxP guidelines,

• Manage test cycles and defect triage within JIRA, maintaining full traceability across requirements, risks, and tests,

• Oversee and optimize test automation frameworks to increase coverage, efficiency, and quality,

• Collaborate with Product Managers, System Owners, and DevOps to ensure smooth release management and timely delivery,

• Coordinate testing activities across business capabilities such as content management, learning, translation, and knowledge delivery,

• Provide testing documentation and evidence to support audits and regulatory inspections.

  
  

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Test Manager or QA Lead in enterprise or regulated environments,

• Strong background in Computer System Validation (CSV) and GxP-compliant testing,

• Hands-on experience with JIRA for test and release management,

• Experience with test management tools such as Xray or equivalent is a plus,

• Demonstrated expertise in test automation, including framework selection, implementation, and maintenance,

• Excellent communication and leadership skills to guide cross-functional QA teams,

• Familiarity with Agile or SAFe delivery models and Cloud-based architectures.

Nice to Have:

• Exposure to content management, learning systems, or knowledge delivery platforms,

• Experience with performance and security testing tools,

• Understanding of DevOps pipelines and CI/CD integration for test automation.
