Your Responsibilities

System Development: Build and optimize multithreaded, high-throughput applications supporting flow and lifecycle processes.
Ownership & Accountability: Drive technical decisions and take responsibility for the stability and scalability of core systems.
Problem-Solving: Balance hands-on coding with system troubleshooting and second-line production support.
Innovation: Identify opportunities to improve existing systems, introduce new technologies, and ensure long-term resilience.

What We’re Looking For

Experience: 5+ years in enterprise-grade software engineering (8+ preferred), with deep knowledge of C# and .NET Core.
Technical Skills:
- Strong background in multithreaded programming and object-oriented design.
- Experience with service-oriented architectures and enterprise messaging systems.
- Familiarity with AWS components.
Collaboration: Excellent communication skills and the ability to convey technical concepts to diverse audiences.
Engineering Practices: Exposure to DevOps pipelines and tools (Git, JIRA, Jenkins, Octopus Deploy).

Nice to Have

Knowledge of Agile and test-driven development practices.
Exposure to front-end technologies (React, Angular).
Experience within finance area
Awareness of post-trade lifecycle workflows.
