Overview

We’re looking for a Tech Lead to take ownership of the technical direction and delivery of a cross-functional team developing the user interface and embedded control system for a next-generation smart digital oven. This role blends hands-on Rust expertise, team leadership, and project coordination in a highly collaborative, product-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of four software engineers working on embedded and UX/UI components.
Define and maintain the technical vision, architecture, and roadmap for the product’s control and interface layer.
Coordinate with product managers, designers, and hardware engineers to ensure smooth integration between software, UI, and embedded systems.
Ensure on-time delivery, technical quality, and scalability of the developed solution.
Provide technical guidance in Rust, reviewing code and supporting best practices.
Balance hands-on coding with leadership and stakeholder management responsibilities.
