Software Engineer (C/C++)

We are supporting our client, a global leader in the avionics and aerospace electronics industry, in the search for an experienced Software Engineer (C/C++) to join their expanding engineering team in Poland.

Key responsibilities:

• Design and develop avionics software using C/C++

• Participate in the full software development lifecycle: requirements analysis, design, implementation, integration, and testing

• Contribute to project planning and estimation processes

• Continuously improve engineering practices and product quality

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, customers, and stakeholders

Ideal candidate profile:

• Minimum 3 years of professional software development experience

• Strong programming skills in C/C++ and proficiency in at least one other high-level programming language

• Experience with Linux Embedded systems (Yocto, Bitbake)

• Knowledge of low-level Linux programming (kernel modules, device drivers)

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field

• Good command of English (B2)

• Work model: hybrid in Gdańsk, Warsaw or Rzeszów 

• Salary: commensurate with your experience and skill set

• Employment type: full-time employment contract (UoP) directly with the client
