Senior C++ Software Engineer

We are collaborating with a global aviation technology company to help them find a skilled Senior Software Engineer (C++) who will join their growing engineering team in Poland. The role focuses on developing advanced software solutions used daily by flight crews and ground operations teams worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop software in C++ for applications used by flight crews and ground personnel

• Work across the full software development lifecycle: requirements analysis, design, implementation, integration, and testing

• Contribute to improving performance, reliability, and operational efficiency of the system

• Collaborate closely with a cross-functional, international engineering team

• Participate in planning, estimations, and technical discussions

Ideal candidate profile

• Very strong programming skills in C++

• Experience in developing cross-platform applications - Windows and iOS (nice to have)

• Experience working with Azure DevOps

• Ability to work effectively in an international environment

• Good command of English (B2)

Conditions

• Work model: hybrid or remote; on-site option available in Gdańsk

• Employment type: B2B (outsourcing)

• Rate: 150 -160 PLN/h
