We are currently seeking a C++ Developer to join one of our telecommunications projects as part of a global R&D engineering team. You will be responsible for developing, improving, and validating software within a next-generation IMS platform, working closely with system architects and technical teams throughout the feature design process.
Your tasks
Design, implement, and enhance high-performance C++ software for telecom systems
Work closely with system architects and engineering teams to define features and contribute to technical design solutions
Analyse, debug, and resolve complex production issues, ensuring smooth operation of deployed systems
Ensure software quality, reliability, and performance through proactive monitoring and validation of solutions
Provide ongoing technical support and participate in process improvements to optimize system performance and development workflows
Requirements
At least 4 years of professional experience in software development using C and C++
Solid background in Linux environments, including scripting and programming (e.g., Python, Bash)
Hands-on experience with automation pipelines and build systems, including CI/CD practices
Experience working with cloud or container platforms such as OpenShift or OpenStack
Background knowledge of telecommunication systems is highly desirable, particularly within IMS (IP Multimedia Subsystem)
Familiarity with telecom signalling protocols, especially SIP and Diameter, is considered a strong advantage
Residing in Poland required
Fluent Polsh and English required
We are looking for an experienced Senior ServiceNow Developer to enhance and expand our HR module capabilities across key areas such as Case Management, Onboarding, and Document Management. In this role, you will work in a multilingual environment, supporting projects that leverage modern ServiceNow features, including Now Assist. If you thrive in complex, international environments and speak both German and English fluently, this role could be a great fit.
Your tasks
Design, develop, and optimize HR module functionalities in ServiceNow, focusing on Case Management, Onboarding, Document Management, and Now Assist
Collaborate with German- and English-speaking stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions
Ensure code quality, proper documentation, and adherence to ServiceNow best practices across all HR-related features
Implement integrations and workflows to support end-to-end HR processes
Requirements
At least 5 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer, with strong hands-on expertise in the HR module (including Case Management, Onboarding, Document Management)
Working knowledge of Now Assist or similar AI-driven ServiceNow capabilities
Fluency in German and English, both spoken and written
Solid understanding of software development standards, best practices, and workflow design within ServiceNow
Residing in Poland required
