About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Full Stack .NET Developer with strong experience in React and .NET to join our team. The ideal candidate is comfortable working across the entire technology stack, from front-end interfaces to back-end services, and can collaborate effectively in a Polish-speaking environment.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and optimize full-stack applications using React (front-end) and .NET / .NET Core (back-end).
Design and implement RESTful APIs and microservices.
Collaborate with project managers, designers, and other developers to deliver high-quality solutions.
Work with relational and/or NoSQL databases (e.g., SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following best practices.
Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and architectural planning.
Troubleshoot issues, perform debugging, and optimize performance.
Communicate effectively in Polish within the development team and with stakeholders.

Requirements

4+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role.
Strong proficiency with React, including hooks, state management, and modern front-end architecture.
Solid experience with .NET / .NET Core, C#, and backend development.
Knowledge of HTML5, CSS3/SCSS, TypeScript, and responsive design principles.
Experience with REST APIs, microservices, and integration patterns.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure or AWS) is a plus.
Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodologies.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Fluent Polish is required; English proficiency is an advantage.
