We are Looking for a skilled Fullstack . net Developers for a fully remote B2B contract . Main responsibility will be developing and delivering high-quality software solutions, collaborate with stakeholders, and drive technical excellence. The ideal candidate will have expertise in cloud-native technologies, agile development, and modern application frameworks.

Location : Poland - Remote

Language : Polish and English

Duration- 12 months

Start: ASAP or Jan 2026

Key Responsibilities

Participate in the full software development lifecycle: design, analysis, prototyping, development, testing, and support
Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment
Contribute to backend development and cloud-based enterprise applications
Apply design patterns, write unit tests, and optimize performance

Tech Stack & Skills

Must-Have:

Solid experience with C# and .NET
Proficiency in SQL and relational databases
Object-Oriented Programming (C# / Java)
Experience in enterprise software development
Strong communication skills and ability to work independently
Agile development experience

Nice-to-Have:

Experience with Payroll systems or HCM applications
Familiarity with Azure, Kubernetes, Kafka
Knowledge of modern web technologies (HTML, CSS3, JSON, WCF)
Exposure to JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular)
Experience with fintech or payments software
