.NET Developer (Mid/Senior) – Internal & Client Applications

Your role:

In this role, you will take end-to-end ownership of designing and developing .NET applications integrated with our existing Microsoft stack. You will have a high degree of freedom in choosing frameworks, libraries and tools – as long as they fit well into the .NET ecosystem and the specific project needs.

You will work on:

• Internal business applications used by our teams across the getsix Group

• Client-facing web applications and portals integrated with our systems and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central

• Various tools and services supporting our accounting, payroll and business process outsourcing operations

This role is a good fit if you enjoy building solutions from scratch, improving existing applications and having a real impact on technical choices. 

Key responsibilities:

• Design, develop and maintain .NET/C# applications for internal and external (client-facing) use

• Propose and select appropriate technologies, frameworks and architectural approaches within the .NET ecosystem for each project

• Implement integrations with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and other systems via APIs / web services

• Develop and maintain user interfaces (UI) – you will be responsible for both backend and the UI layer of the applications you build

• Design, implement and consume REST APIs

• Work with SQL databases (designing database structures, writing queries, optimizing performance)

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions

• Ensure code quality, security and performance (reviews, testing, documentation, best practices)

• Work with Git and CI/CD pipelines to deliver changes in a controlled and repeatable way

• Cooperate with colleagues across the getsix Group in an international environment

  
  

What we expect: 

Must have:

• Commercial experience as a .NET Developer (Mid or Senior level)

• Solid knowledge of C# and the .NET ecosystem

• Experience in building web applications, including the UI layer

• Experience with SQL databases

• Experience working with and/or designing REST APIs

• Ability to work independently and take ownership of solutions (including proposing technologies and approaches)

• Good communication and teamwork skills

• English at a level that allows effective communication in an international environment (written and spoken)

Nice to have / strong plus:

• Experience integrating with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or other ERP systems

• Familiarity with the broader Microsoft stack (Azure, SharePoint, Power Platform)

• Understanding of financial / accounting or invoicing processes

• Experience with SSO and authentication/authorization in web applications

• Experience with Git, branching strategies, and CI/CD tools

• Experience working in a B2B / professional services / consulting environment
